The 30th Ward is made up of portions of different Chicago neighborhoods, including: Avondale, Belmont Central, Belmont Cragin, Portage Park, South Old Irving Park, and the Villa District.  As of the 2010 Census, the population of the ward was majority Hispanic and Latine, (66%), and over a quarter, (28%), of its residents identified as White.  All other races and ethnicities represented about 6% of the ward's population.
